Accommodation objects consit of two hotels (Arkada and Lavanda), 3 apartment complexes (Trim, Helios, Jurjevac) , and Helios pavilions. The internal accommodation amounts to 1470 beds. The company also has a camping lot in the park Jurjevac with a capacity of 600 users. Among the sports and recreational facilities there is a sport center that offers 4 tennis courts, facilities for table tennis, bowling, mini golf, and soccer, handball, backetball and volleyball.

• All these facilities are located at two sites placed on opposite sides of the bay of Old Town. On one side there is a hotel complex with a total of 152000 square meters of land. And on the other side there is camp Jurjevac which covers 23000 sq.m. Below the camp there is a old port which now serves as a dam.  The city plans to build another dam that will stretch from the hotel complex to the city.
